What can you do to help elect Democrats at all levels? Here is one suggestion - Show your colors, wear a button, put out a yard sign. Here is what happened to me about a week ago.

I was shopping in Murray, wearing my Obama button (as always) when the young cashier mentioned my button. She said " I really like Obama. I am going to vote for him, but I can't tell my dad. He would kill me." I asked her if she was registered yet. She said no, so I told her how to register.

Our voters are out there. They need some encouragement. Every time we show our political sentiments we make it a little more acceptable to vote Democrat in this Red state. It's contagious.

The Summit County Democratic caucuses were enormously successful with record turnouts.

Utah Votes

Obama carries Utah Democratic Primary by substantial margin. Romney sweeps Republican primary in Utah, then drops out of the race. A quick poll by the Deseret News indicates Obama could carry Utah in the November election.

Utah Democratic Presidential Primary
